We took a solid draft of this white paper and worked closely with the authors to refine the discussion and unify the author voices into a strong, vibrant document that made a compelling case to the City on the issue of investing in middle-income neighborhoods. (NeighborhoodsNow has since closed its doors, but you can read more about Vital Neighborhoods at the Preservation Alliance website.)
